To accommodate Holburn's growth and to create an environment in which biotechnology and pharmaceutical opportunities can be realized, Holburn has undertaken the development of a Science Park. The first phase, a 40,000 square foot state-of-the-art science facility, was completed in late 2006. The planning for phase II of the project has already begun.
