Team Leaders
Reporting to the Scientific Director, your responsibilities will include
motivating and positively influencing a team of dedicated researchers to deliver
high-quality projects internally and to our clients.
The successful candidate
must have a Ph.D., D.V.M., M.D. or equivalent, combined with five years experience
in a leadership role. The incumbent will possess superior communication and
interpersonal skills with proven abilities in project and team management. Excellent
planning, troubleshooting, documentation and presentation skills are also essential.
A publication history would be advantageous.
We are looking for Team Leaders with expertise in the areas of gastrointestinal
physiology, mast cell biology, histopathology, mucosal immunology, neuroimmunology
and product R&D for the biotechnology and pathology markets.
Consideration will be given to candidates with other areas of expertise.
